  12. I just installed the new flash ROM 1.4 and new Win95 drivers for my
  13. Cardinal 28.8 external, and now I cannot hear the modem dial.  Its as
  14. if when the dialtone is detected, the speaker disconnects until the
  15. number has been dialed.  Is this a "feature" of the new Win95 drivers,
  16. or a "bug"?  Its kind of annoying, really.
